We pride ourselves in getting our live plants to customers inside the US. However under certain circumstances we can not ensure your plants will arrive safe.

We do require that your delivery weather does not exceed 90°F or fall below 20° on the day your order is expected to arrive. We may hold orders if your shipping region is going through severe weather.

If your plants arrive dead or in heavily-damaged condition, please reach out to our customer service team promptly. We ask that, if possible, you reach out within 72 hours of delivery. Please hang on to your plants as our customer service team may ask that you send pictures of your invoice/packing slip and plants. Generally, this only applies to customers with recent other refunded or reshipped orders, or if the value of the claim exceeds $75
