Free Shipping: Spend $35 USD or more and get free shipping on dry items (3-6 day delivery).
Special Care for Live Items:
- Live items, such as plants and snails, are labeled "LIVE" on their product page for easy identification.
- To ensure their safety and quality upon arrival, we recommend selecting our Express (1-2 day) shipping option for these items.
- Live items typically ship on specific days of the week. We avoid shipping them on Wednesdays and Thursdays to prevent prolonged transit over the weekend.
Important Notice for LIVE Items: If you choose Standard or Fast shipping for live items, their safe and live arrival is not guaranteed. Should such items arrive damaged due to a slower shipping method, we regret that a full refund cannot be provided.
