Flat Rate Shipping: Enjoy a fixed shipping fee of just $3.49 for all US destinations, regardless of item size, weight, or type.
Special Care for Live Items:
- Live items, such as plants and snails, are labeled "LIVE" on their product page for easy identification.
- To ensure their safety and quality upon arrival, we recommend selecting our express two-day shipping option for these items.
- Live items typically ship on specific days of the week. Please note that we avoid shipping them on Wednesdays and Thursdays to prevent prolonged transit over the weekend.
Free Shipping: Spend $25 USD or more, and receive free shipping for dry items.
Important Notice for LIVE Items: If you choose standard shipping for live items, their safe and live arrival is not guaranteed. Should such items arrive damaged due to standard shipping, we regret that a full refund cannot be provided.
