Works well, shrimp have taken over hold for important meetings.

My fish LOVE feeding from this. We have multiple species of fish in our community tank and this makes making sure that everyone gets something to eat so much easier. I put still frozen (softened for a few seconds in the microwave) down in it and let it thaw slowly inside the tank!
