Each ring attaches to the inside of the glass with a suction cup and can be positioned at any height in the water column. The heart shape catches a betta's attention faster than a standard round ring because of the distinct silhouette — most bettas will investigate it within minutes of being introduced to the tank. From there the training process is simple: place food near the opening at feeding time and the fish will begin associating the ring with food and swimming through it on its own within a few sessions. Once that behavior is established you can move the food to the other side and the betta will pass through the ring to reach it. With two rings in the pack you can set them at different heights and build a small course once the fish has the basic movement down. The pink color is bright enough to stand out against most tank backgrounds without looking out of place in a decorated or planted setup.

Heart-shaped swim rings have become one of the most popular betta accessories because they are functional enrichment tools that also photograph extremely well in a tank. A betta swimming through a heart ring is genuinely one of the more shareable things you can set up in a home aquarium and it tends to get attention from anyone who sees it. Beyond the visual appeal the training process itself builds a real routine between the fish and the keeper — bettas that are trained to interact with objects in the tank are noticeably more alert and responsive during feeding time and at the glass in general.

Made from aquarium-safe plastic with smooth edges that will not snag or tear betta fins. Rinse before placing in the tank. Press the suction cups firmly against clean dry glass to set them securely. Reattach after water changes if needed. Two rings and two suction cups included per pack. Safe for all betta setups including planted tanks and community aquariums.
