I didn't realize that this was a treat, even though it's right in the title!

It is a very thin liquid that you can offer as a treat on its own or mix with water or food. Just a 2-5 drops is all you need.

We have two crested geckos. One is a fruit loving girl and the other is an insect loving male. As such, she loves this gecko treat and he's not as much of a fan, but he will drink it mixed with water! She will eat it alone.

The liquid nectar is very light in color and flavor. The smell is very light, a bit floral. Still, it attracts my two Gold Dust Day Geckos (phelsuma laticauda).

The nectar is easy to use as it dispenses in drops and has a cap when not in use.

I was unable to capture a photo of either licking at the nectar. However, I have placed drops around their tanks in various areas that they do not usually frequent. I then find them in the spots where the nectar was placed with the nectar gone.

With live prey such as crickets, the geckos have to hunt. I use small cups to place their fruit puree. So, they always know to go to a specific spot. With the nectar drops, I can give them some different mental stimulation by placing the drops in different spots for them to find.

Crestie treat

Got this stuff to try out a review because I have a crestie. All I can say is she likes it. No real way to tell if it has any other benefits other than just being a treat, but it definitely works as that. The smell is pleasant too. If I were a gecko, I’m pretty sure I’d like it
