We picked these dates on purpose. They give you time to pull together gifts and supplies for your pets ahead of the holiday season. Whether you've been eyeing our gecko nectar or you're due for a restock on shrimp bites, this is the best time to do it.

We're bringing a lot of people to this one, new customers and long-time ones alike, and our production schedule is locked months ahead. We can't promise the item you want will still be there on Saturday.

Anything that sells out during the event may be gone for a while afterward. If something is on your list, take it early rather than waiting to see what's left.

When exactly does it run?

Deals open Tuesday, September 22 and close at the end of Saturday, September 26. All times are Central.

Do I need a code?

No. Discounts are already applied to anything carrying the Wild Deal badge, and gifts are added to qualifying orders automatically.

How do the free gifts work?

Bigger orders earn more gifts. You'll see what you've earned in your cart as you shop, and it comes packed in the box with the rest of your order.

Can I pick my gift?

We choose it for you, matched to what you're already buying. Order for a reptile setup and you won't get sent something for a shrimp tank.

What if something sells out?

Our production schedule is set well in advance, so a sellout during the event may take a while to come back. If a gift runs out, we substitute something comparable rather than dropping it from your order.

Can I return a Wild Deal item?

Yes, under our normal return policy. Gifts are yours to keep either way.
